Roller Kappatos is running with a growth of 20% in the first two months of the year, maintaining the forecast for growth for the year, which is expected to exceed +25% for this year.

The company’s CEO, Theofilos Kappatos, emphasizes to BnB Daily that the previous year ended with a turnover of €4.5 million, with profitability between 12% – 15%. “We are trying to grow year by year, with the year being stable at 20%, both in volume and value, while we have not proceeded with revaluations”.

ON A PL BASIS ABROAD

The company, which is purely productive in nature, maintains a wide network of partnerships abroad, directly with retailers and wholesalers with its own brand and not only, while it also manufactures products on behalf of large brand – manufacturers.

THE NEW MARKETS

70% of its annual turnover comes from exports and Roller Kappatos’ goal is to expand. The first discussions have already begun in Romania, Serbia, Latvia, Denmark, while the long-term goal is America. The main market is Germany, the first major market for the company that is growing significantly despite the pressure on consumer purchasing power.

So far, it exports to 15 countries mainly with private label, which covers 67% of exports. In Greece, the company operates with branded products but also with PL in approximately 800 points of sale and as Mr. Kappatos is a leader internationally among the 4 competitors, from China and Europe (Italy), internationally.
