Mavrogianni Estate presented four new labels of limited geographical indication of Achaia at the 87th TIF, comprising white, red, rosé, and semi-sweet rosé wines.

The company, established in 1967, produces Greek wines exclusively from its own grapes in an area in the Municipality of Dymi, where the cultivation of the roditis variety is favored due to the soil morphology.

Facilities

The Mavrogianni Estate’s vineyards and production facility are located in Achaia, specifically 45 kilometers from Patras.

The new modern winery is located within the vineyard where wines are created exclusively from the Estate’s own grapes. In the near future, an investment will be made in the winery for bottling and packaging, in response to the increased international demand.

Search for new destinations

Mavrogianni Estate exports approximately 15% of its total production to Cyprus, Japan, and Switzerland, but the management’s desire is to find new countries for collaboration that will enhance the promotion of products and Greek wine in general.
