AS Company is in advanced negotiations for the acquisition of the exclusive distribution rights with:
• the Italian company Artsana Spa, regarding products under the Chicco and Boppy brands, for Greece and Cyprus and
• the Dutch company Maxi Miliaan BV (Dorel), regarding products under the Bébé Comfort and Safety First brands, for Greece
AGREEMENT SIGNING
In the context of the above, a agreement was signed with the current exclusive distributor of the products in Greece, “V. & M. Skarmoutsos S.A.”, to acquire the corresponding stocks they hold, as well as any intangible commercial elements related to their distribution.
The completion of the said transaction, expected to amount to approximately €1.7 million, is subject to the fulfillment of specific conditions, including the signing of exclusive distribution agreements between the company and the aforementioned foreign companies.
